Eric Sealine’s “Bodies of Work” opens at Boston Sculptors Gallery, 486 Harrison Avenue in Boston, on October 3, 2018, running through November 4.
In “Bodies of Work” Sealine continues his practice of using quick gestural drawings as the basis for constructed sculptures. In this show the resulting body of work includes his familiar forced-perspective constructions as well as brass cut-outs based on figure studies, some of which will be displayed along with the sculptural objects.
The gallery is open noon to 6:00, Wednesday through Sunday, with special events including two First Fridays on October 5 and November 2 from 6:00 to 9:00, plus an artist’s reception on October 20 from 3:00 pm to 5:00. Boston Sculptors will also host its regular Second Sunday concert series on October 14, from 4:00 to 6:00.
